If you are reporting an editor problem, describe the action you took, what you expected, what happened, and the browser and operating system you used. A small reproduction is more useful than a full private project. Include only the information needed to understand the issue; keep passwords, session cookies, API tokens, and payment details out of your message. If an audio file or preset is necessary, discuss what to share before sending private or unreleased work.

For export compatibility questions, name the synthesizer or module and the frame size, frame count, and sample format you used. The export format reference and synth import guides may already cover the destination's loading requirements. For business enquiries, describe the proposed collaboration and how to reach you.
