WAV to wavetable converter.

Turn an audio file into the packed WAV format wavetable synths import. Nothing is uploaded: your file is decoded locally in the browser, mixed to mono, peak-normalized as one whole file, sliced into fixed-size frames, and encoded as a 32-bit float mono WAV with the layout Serum, Vital, and Surge XT expect. One caveat: this tool cuts frames at fixed sample windows from the start of the file. The full Hyperwave app aligns its slices to pitch, which usually sounds better on melodic material.
